FHC is continually upgrading our inventory, eg: retrofitting landmark office towers with sophisticated heating and cooling systems, emergency generator backup systems and advanced card-access security systems to provide tenants with some of the most technically-advanced office space in the market.

Some of these assist London’s most vulnerable populations, others are leaders in the cultural sector. Our annual support of these not-for-profit tenants is now close to $1 million.

With his unprecedented 2007 ‘Heart to Heart, Dollar for Dollar’ campaign, Mr. Farhi spearheaded a fundraiser that raised more than $5 million for the Ivey Cardiac Care Centre at London Health Sciences Centre. In addition, Mr. Farhi has donated more than $1 million to Youth Opportunities Unlimited, an organization which provides safe housing, jobs, and life skills training for at-risk urban youth.
